June 10 2004 statement on GMO coffe by the Coalition to Protect Hawai’i’s Coffee

Coalition to Protect Hawaii Coffee (CPHC)
June 10, 2004

CPHC’s position is that no genetically modified coffee is commercially grown in Hawaii and it is the CPHC’s position that none should be commercially grown or field-tested in Hawaii at this time.  CPHC requests that the USDA and HDOA inform and make the CPHC party to any permit procedure for GMO coffee field research.
